pads

pads r good for girls who just started but r uncomfortoble!!! u cant swim becuz when liquid comes in contact with pads it soaks it up right away. i use them when i sleep becuz i sleep 4 more than 8 hours. i dont sugest getting scented pads becuz they start to itch.

tampons

tampons rock!!!

if ur ready: tampons rock becuz theyre worn in side the body and when inserted right u cant feel it!!! u can also wear them swimming and u can do n e thing while on ur period. one bad thing is the possibility of tss (toxic shock syndrome) which is very rare but serious. but dont let that scare u if u use the lowest absorbancy as possible (but right 4 ur flow) and u change it every eight hours at the most u most likely wont get it. if ur trying to get ur mom to let u use tampons u can use this information to try to talk her into it so good luck!!!!

u got blood on ur bed.....OH NOO

first u have to get as nutch blood off as possible

then if u have on get and always stayfresh wipe i no this isnt what they are for but they get blood off ur bed sooooo ez. if u dont have one put some cold water on it and wet wet down a washcloth with cold water and start scrubbing. u might wanna put a good show on the tv or listen to some music cuz u might b there for a while lol.

EMERGENCY KIT

every girl gets her period at some time and since when and where is a mystery u should always have an emergency kit with u

HERE R SOME THINGS THAT BELONG IN UR EMERGENCY KIT

-pads- u should have like 3 pads in there

-tampons-when u start using them u should have three tampons in there too

-pantiliners-u should have three pantiliners

-wipes-1 always wipe (optional or get the pads with them attached)

-a pair of CLEAN underwear

-a plastic baggie for ur dirty underwear

-something that makes u happy and will calm u down like candy,a pic of ur bf,a funny joke

ummmm u have blood on ur pants

dont u hate it when someone says that to u? ur walkin down the hall feeling and looking great in ur new white skinny jeans and ur freind walks up to u and says ummmmmmm u have blood on ur pants. what! u think it cant b my period again i just had it.........wait that was a whole month ago.........now what.

here are some things that u can do

-go to the nurse most likely its a woman and will so understan and will have some emergency pads/tampons and will probably have some extra pants incase a student needs them (or shell let u call ur mom)


-tie a sweatshirt aroun ur waist (unless its summer cuz u mite not have a sweatshirt then)


-tell ur friend what it is and go to the nurse if n e one asks u what it is on the way there... its not ur period u sat in red paint in art


-if ur really prepared u mit have some pants in ur locker and if u dont have a pad/tampon ask a friend who has her period


-put ur pe cloths on and get a pad/tampon from the nurse/a teacher/a friend

be careful where u keep ur tampons

if u use tampons u can put them in ur pencil case at skool but be careful. if u forget and pour out ur pencil case have 2 or 3 tampons sitting on ur desk or some guy will be like let me c ur pencil case and before u can say no he opens it and blushes then hands i back to u or starts laffing and telling everyon so keep ur tampons in a safe place to avoid embarresment

telling ur mom u got ur period is always hard to do. whether u walk up to her and say mom i just got my period or u let er find your bloody underwear everyone gets nervous. so if u dont want to be so bold about it let ur mom fin ur underwear or write her and e-mail just tell her!!!!!!! if it doesnt bother u then walk up to ur mom and tell her i got mine right before we went swimming so i had to use tampons but ne way ur mom wants to no and doesnt want u to be afraid to tell her so find a way thats right for u

-tell her to pick u up some pads/tampons from the store

-tell her

whether its your first or your twelfth some girls freak when the go to the bathroom and theres a big spot of red in their underwear. but if its your first be calm and do wutever u can about it if u have already had it then u no wut to do but freaking out is never the right thing.
